The problem
Associations run on meetings, but the value is in what the meeting decided. Minutes sit in inboxes, contributions are tracked in personal notebooks, and nobody can answer what was agreed last March.
What it does
- Agenda to record
- Every agenda item carries its decision, the vote behind it and who is responsible for the follow-up.
- Members and dues
- Contribution history per member, visible to the member without a treasurer having to answer.
- Continuity
- A new committee inherits a searchable record rather than a handover conversation.
Decisions worth explaining
- The record is the product
- Scheduling is the easy part and already solved elsewhere. The design starts from what must still be true in five years.
- Written for volunteers
- No role requires more than a phone and ten minutes, because nobody is paid to learn this.
Where it got to
Complete interface concept and data model. No implementation, no users, no outcome figures.
- This is pre-production concept work.
- No association has used it and no testimonial exists.
